September is here, and with it comes a crispness in the air that signals the end of summer. While I love the changing leaves, I can't shake the feeling that winter is lurking just around the corner.

I hope this newsletter finds you well. Let's dive into what's been happening in my world!

STUDIO NEWS

It's been a relatively quiet month here in the studio. I've been hard at work on a new Christmas collection, which I'll talk more about later in this email.

I've also been doing another round of pitching to art agencies. So far, I've reached out to two agencies but haven't had any luck yet. I'm planning to pitch to about six agencies total, but I'm spacing them out to one per month to avoid feeling overwhelmed and keep my momentum going in other areas of my business.

Dreaming of DHG

Have you ever thought about the companies you'd absolutely love to work with? I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but one of the companies I'd love to collaborate with is Design House Greetings (DHG). They're the folks who supply Trader Joe's with greeting cards.

I'm drawn to them because their selection of cards totally resonates with me. They're beautifully crafted and designed, and I love how widely available and affordable they are. It's a win-win for the consumer, honestly!

DHG seems like such a great company to partner with, and the more I've learned about them, the more excited I've become. I'm sharing this dream with you because sometimes, I think we keep our biggest goals too much to ourselves. Maybe if we share them with the world, the universe will listen and open a door!

NEW ARTWORK

I've been hard at work on a new Christmas collection this month. It's got four illustrations and a mini-set of three patterns. So far, I've finished three of the illustrations (you can see them below). Can you guess the theme? I'm really digging it!

I'm not done yet, though. I have to pause this collection for a bit to work on some birthday and celebration cards for an art call I recently got. Once those are done, I'll be back to wrapping up this Christmas collection. I can’t wait to show you more!
